Beto for America is seeking a full time National Scheduling & Research Coordinator for our campaign headquarters. The Scheduling & Research Coordinator will be responsible for compiling and reviewing the candidate’s briefing materials coordinating all aspects of the candidate’s schedule, including meetings, phone calls, media appearances, and campaign visits throughout the country.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Outreach to State Directors to plan and execute campaign visits.
Solicits, collects and organizes ancillary documentation and materials needed to support candidate’s participation in meetings, events and activities.
Works with Scheduling Director to ensure that travel, accommodations and local logistics are confirmed;
Plans scheduling calls and manages the flow of information into the candidate’s schedule
Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to track and manage detailed information
Experience working with leaders and staff in all levels of an organization.
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure while handling multiple projects.
Ability to relocate to El Paso, TX for the duration of the campaign.
