Beto for America is seeking Organizers for the 2020 New Hampshire Primary election. Organizers will be charged with implementing an aggressive field plan in their assigned regions and delivering the margin of victory for Beto O'Rourke's campaign in New Hampshire. Organizers will work to develop strong relationships with community and grassroots leaders and execute voter contact activities in targeted cities throughout the state. Organizers will report directly to their respective Regional Organizing Director. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working on top tier Presidential campaigns in the First in the Nation Primary state.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with voters in their assigned turfs.
Recruiting and managing volunteers and volunteer teams.
Diligently and thoroughly training volunteers and interns in one-on-one and in group settings.
Ensuring that daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met and exceeded.
Representing the campaign at events as necessary.
Detailed, regular reporting of activities and program results
Creating and maintaining a positive work environment and culture
Perform other duties as needed and assigned.

Ability to relocate in-state for the duration of the campaign.
