You will leverage on your passion for presenting seemingly complex information in a simple understandable form. You will support Customer Experience in delivering effective product.soft skills training and interventions for growth and capability of Kingmakers.
The Reporting Line:
This role reports to the Chief Customer Experience Officer.

- You will be facilitating training programmes. This means developing relevant training styles and using presentation tools.
- Assessing knowledge and skills gap using necessary tools and techniques.
- Managing training projects end-to-end and evaluating interventions.
- You will be preparing relevant reports and track relevant metrics where necessary.
- You have first degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Three to Five years post NYSC relevant work experience.
- You are available to work in Lagos.
