Role Overview

To passionately support all Leaders by driving recruiting efforts and a people-first strategy that champions each brand's mission and the organization's core values.

Core Functions

  • Build and guide recruiting strategy to identify, attract, & recruit candidates that optimizes processes to ensure candidate quantity and quality for all company brands
  • Partner and collaborate with Leaders to align processes with role core values
  • Leverage data and resources to ensure successful hiring actions as well as identify feedback opportunities
  • Work to maximize efforts on social media and other marketing resources
  • Manage optimization of online ratings and reviews
  • Act as a champion for candidates throughout their journey to ensure they feel supported
  • Utilize ATS system to create CRM and talent conversion operations
  • Responsible for managing job boards and all recruiting events

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch
  • Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist
  • Must have a current and valid driver’s license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance
  • Ability to lift 5 - 20 pounds

Hours & Schedule

  • Average 40 hours per week (8am-5pm, M-F)
  • Travel is occasionally required
  • Occasional evening or weekend is required
