Job Summary

To implement and enhance all-company events and initiatives that reinforce the Company’s purpose and culture and serve as the employee’s passionate champion and ambassador in their overall employee experience.


Essential Job Functions

  • Identify creative ways to promote the employee experience through all employee/company events and touch points including calendar forecasting and support team collaboration
  • Collaborate with support teams and event stakeholders to create experiences that champion employees and enrich the overall employee experience
  • Serve as the event host for Betenbough Connect Days and Welcome Orientations including implementing and enhancing support team and logistic collaboration
  • Implement and enhance strategic vision for all-company meetings in-person (and simulcast as needed)
  • Implement and enhance all-company annual retreat including logistic coordination, support team collaboration, childcare team management, and calendar forecasting and scouting
  • Collaborate with team members and connections team and/or other team to plan, implement and enhance logistics for other assigned events as needed
  • Assist in internal/cultural insight data tracking including company events, trips, employee and family demographics and other employee support engagement activities

With all employee support team members:

  • Maintain accurate employee support records and ensure confidentiality in the handling of all employee files and information
  • Understand the roles and lanes of employee support and collaborate with all members of the employee support team to assist when needed
  • Staff all-company events and/or attend events the employee support team is managing and actively promote and serve as an ambassador for all-company events and initiatives



  • 2+ years in event planning experience
  • Organized – able to handle multiple projects and details on a daily basis
  • Self-motivated trailblazer – proactive, good time management, able to prioritize
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – including public speaking to a variety of audience sizes
  • Team player - work alongside all members of the cultural engagement team to collaboratively develop ideas, execute projects, and engage in healthy peer-to-peer accountability
  • Good with people – playful, positive, genuinely interested in people
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Experienced with computers and technology
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain high confidentially standards


Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Works in temperature-controlled environment
  • Vision for near, mid-range, far, and accommodation
  • Hearing for low, medium, and high pitch
  • Effective communication skills when dealing with co-workers and community members
  • Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head, and below waist
  • Must have a current and valid driver’s license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance.
  • Must be able to travel by plane and have an up-to-date U.S. Passport
  • Must be able to perform all job expectations safely with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Ability to lift 15 to 30 lbs


Work Schedule

  • 40-45 hours per week (8am-5pm, M-F)
  • After hours and weekends may be necessary on occasion for trips, events, or to meet deadlines
  • Lunch meetings and events outside of normal working hours are required
  • Occasional travel to other company regions or event locations is required
  • Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally multiple times a year (2 to 4 times a year, 10 to 12 day trips)
