Position Description
Bertram Labs is a dedicated team of software engineers and marketing professionals that work on projects for our portfolio companies. Our portfolio includes companies in Business Services, Consumer, and Industrials verticals. We enable technology and drive growth through digital marketing, e-commerce, big data and analytics, application development and internal and external platform optimization.
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Director who will leverage various performance marketing, sales, and data analytics methods to design and implement ongoing revenue growth for our portfolio companies. Critical aspects of this role include consulting, strategizing, designing, implementing, evaluating, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Portfolio companies to develop and implement growth strategies that are successful, measurable, and repeatable.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and maximize efficiencies.
- Manage digital and performance marketing initiatives aligned with the company goals.
- Leverage KPIs and other relevant data points to communicate growth strategies throughout Bertram Capital and with Portfolio Companies.
- Assess and recommend vendors and agencies as needed.
- Evaluate growth opportunities to help guide new investments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in a revenue growth role, including sales or performance marketing, banking or consulting
- Demonstrated experience in business growth
- Organized Self starter with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated experience working as a productive member of a team
Compensation and Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is: $180,000- $210,000 total annual compensation. Offered salary may be based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, and qualifications for the role. Other compensation includes carried interest/profit sharing.
