About the Role
We are seeking an experienced EA/PA who celebrates what makes this powerhouse team so special and fiercely protects it as we grow. We are looking for someone to join us who loves the core job responsibilities of the EA/PA role and will be fulfilled by growing within the role for the long-term.
You are the force behind the scenes, empowering our Advisors to perform at their absolute best with clients. You build the scaffolding underlying our work, providing our Advisors the luxury of pure focus on delivering the unique counsel that only they can. You unlock our capacity to deliver even more of our highly sought-after guidance even more effectively, every day.

An executive calls our Advisors, his trusted confidants and inner-circle thought partners, about a situation that is exploding publicly. Our Advisors disappear into a intense, integrated intellectual debate, educating our executive in applying our nuanced craft to navigate his particular set of challenges.
You:
You:
- immediately absorb and contemplate the impact of this situation and what the outcome might require of your team
- are acutely aware of the context and implications for the kind of support that will allow your Advisors to keep their heads in the game without distraction
- understand the scheduling challenges these moments cause and leap into action to resolve them
- collect materials and data relevant to the situation and prepare them for your Advisors to use efficiently
- identify potential deliverables from the context your Advisors learned on the call and are the first to jump into workflow chains
- immediately delve into the first drafts of emails
- take 100% ownership of painstakingly tracking and polishing deliverables
- proofread anything your team is working on with alacrity to keep our work flowing in real-time to our client
- predict the needs of your Advisors, providing the individualized TLC each Advisor and/or his loved ones might need while your team is consumed by this client crisis, from delivering food to their desks to taking care of extra errands for their families
