As a Business Analyst Inbound Procurement (f/m/x) at BBG, you’ll join an international and diverse Purchasing Team of 18 members, each bringing unique perspectives and skills. In this role, your mission will be to optimize our end-to-end inbound procurement process and enhance transparency through the development of impactful reports and dashboards. What you will do:
- Optimize shipments within space allocations, with a focus on key KPIs, such as reducing costs and improving in-stock rates
- Enhance and streamline the end-to-end logistics and inbound processing operations
- Monitor global freight trends and logistics disruptions, adjust supply chain strategies, and develop solutions to mitigate impacts
- Analyze and validate large datasets (e.g., supplier delivery timeliness, supply chain tracking, profitability) to support informed decision-making
- Act as a business sparring partner for the Purchasing teams and support the SVP of SCM in strategic planning
- Set up and update reporting dashboards to guide decision-making for Purchasing
- Collaborate with data warehouse management to co-design databases for evolving needs
- Support and manage various purchasing projects, with a focus on continuous process improvements
What we are looking for:
- Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in logistics or procurement
- University degree in Business Administration or a related field, ideally with a focus on Controlling, Accounting, or Finance
- Proficient in reporting and database tools, with advanced Excel and SQL skills
- Advanced experience with PowerQuery, Power Pivot, and Power BI
- Flexible and adaptable to different projects within a dynamic environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
