Your responsibilities:

  • You are a reliable contact and business partner for our M&A activities and prepare decision templates and evaluations for the management and executive board
  • You review business plans and support the modeling of business scenarios and profitability analyses
  • You are in contact with the acquired companies, analyze their processes and validate their statements with concrete figures
  • You are involved in the integration process and ensure a seamless transition with good preparation in due diligence

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on economics/logistics/supply chain or a similar field of study
  • You already have experience in the operations/e-commerce environment and can quickly adapt to new topics
  • You score with excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • You have a confident appearance, strong communication skills, assertiveness and team spirit
  • You bring a hands-on mentality and proactive approach and enjoy continuous improvement
  • You have a very good knowledge of MS-Office programs, especially your Excel skills are outstanding
  • Your English skills are very good, German as well as additional languages are an advantage
