We are looking for a highly motivated and professional travel enthusiast to join our European Sales Team in Berlin. You will be working directly with Senior Contracts Managers and the Head of Contracting to support the sales team developing the amazing deals we propose to our members. We require a dynamic individual, who is currently studying at university, with excellent organisation and time management skills, willing to expand their commercial know-how and with a positive attitude. This role will be initially a 3 month fixed term contract for 20 hours per week.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Contracts Managers in the handling of the daily workflow by  undertaking admin task and accurately inputting sales data into our systems
  • Constantly improving our offers by evaluating our products, monitoring performances and the competition
  • Liaising with the international planning team to ensure the distribution of ours deals in all our Point of Sales
  • Liaising with hotels/suppliers
  • Negotiating and constantly improving the best offers for selected accounts

 

Role Requirements

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Willingness to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and quickly address and resolve issues
  • Passionate for the Travel Industry and enthusiastic about the role
  • Experience working with Channel Managers or Sales Managers
  • Great communication skills and ability to independently build relationship with the suppliers and the other members of the team
  • Positive energy, with an entrepreneurial ‘can do’ attitude
  • Team player used to working in an international environment
  • Fluent in English, an additional language would be a benefit
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a bonus
