Location: Bangalore
Working Hours - Split Shift (3:00pm to 12:00am)

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Responsible for the Insurance Team/Portfolios assigned to ensure timely and accurate performance of all department functions and compliance with all internal, investor and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsible Areas -

PROCESS

  • Accountable for quality, accuracy and timeliness of Results of the portfolios/teams assigned to.
  • Ensure strong operational controls are always in place to ensure Operational Integrity.
  • Prioritize tasks and understand the importance and urgency of delivering key responsibilities.
  • Display and provide Expertise in functional and technical knowledge needed in the process.
  • Proactively share and promote new Ideas to support process improvements.
  • Provide relevant management Information at agreed intervals to the Manager/AVP/VP – Loan Administration.
  • Responsible for Assignment of Loans/Policies on timely basis of the portfolios/teams assigned to.
  • Prepare and Publish reports to Team members and Management and interpret the data to understand the status and act on the same to meet the deadlines.
  • Involvement in Hiring and acquiring the talent resources on need basis

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (including education, experience and skills)

  • Should have Team Handling or People Management experience of 4 years
  • Over all work experience should be 6+ years
  • Communicate effectively across the organization and to customers.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to think outside the box in researching problems and provide workable solutions as needed.
  • Lead/collaborate with others to drive success of team/department/organization.

 

CONDITIONS OF WORK

  The job seeker is expected to be flexible working in shifts.

  • Required to work additional hours, as necessary, to meet deadlines and fulfill the job responsibilities
  • Though limited, ability and willingness to travel in India and internationally when necessary is required.
