Essential Duties (Primary Responsibilities) include the following.

  • Managing user access and permissions.
  • Assisting with configuration of OmniView including managing List Views and Data updates as per User requirements.
  • Create Reports and Dashboards as per the User requirements and assist them in training where needed Report/Dashboard design and management.
  • Documenting training materials for users and coworkers on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials.
  • Monitor and improve data quality.
  • Working with OmniView Development team to assist with managing workflow rules, validation rules, field updates and validations.
  • To be able to match the requirements of the process in terms of being available and be flexible to work in multiple projects.
  • Draft / provide input to ensure that departmental policies & procedures are documented and maintained in light of revised / new policies / procedures / systems on a continuous basis and present to management for approval. In addition constantly review processes in operation and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Provide relevant management information at agreed intervals to the Manager/AVP/VP/ Site Director – India.
  • Work with the Asst. Manager to ensure a high level of motivation, positive communication and a professional work environment throughout the department.
  • Determine and organize appropriate employee trainings/one on one meetings/team meetings, when there is a need.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (including education, experience and skills)

  • A Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech).
  • Strong Knowledge on basic computer programming (C, OOPs)
  • Knowledge on MS Office environment with strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills is added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • A willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be proficient in English, excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to think outside the box in researching problems and provide workable solutions as needed.
  • Understands the importance of training and support opportunities for further functional and interpersonal skill development.

  • Exhibit solid time management skills and work to exceed all deadlines.
  • Display ability to follow up on all outstanding issues.
  • Demonstrate an ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

  • These positions are in Night Shift, however, working additional hours/days is required, as necessary, to meet internal and external deadlines and fulfill the job responsibilities
  • To be able to match the requirements of the process in terms of being available and be flexible to work in multiple shifts.
  • Though limited, ability and willingness to travel in India and internationally when necessary is required.
