PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

This position is to ensure that employee transport operations at site are being take care and ensuring good quality of service is delivered by the service provider. Ensuring all the Cabs/buses are reaches as per given schedules. Ensuring safety and security of employees during operations by the way of effective utilization of transport application

Major Accountabilities (duties may include but are not limited to)

·       Registering and deregistering of users in Employee transport services application (ETS) basis on HR communication

·       Validating the routings generated in Employee transport services application (ETS) and providing best solutions on cab assignment keeping in view of utilization levels.

·       Tracking of the buses and cabs to ensure on time arrivals as per company schedules.

·       Coordinating with Vendor staff during Login/logout and effective rostering

·       Ensuring availability at transport bay area to track the timely logins/logouts, escort allocations and to address employee on ground issues to avoid escalations.

·       On boarding of cabs after verifying the EHS/Compliance. Tracking the non compliances on weekly basis and reporting to Ass.Manager.

·       Validating the no of trips rostered Vs actual per shift on regular intervals for seamless billing process.

·       Preparation of Transport services MIS-Weekly/Monthly/Qtly and as required by management

·       Handling of Employee transport services end to end management and reporting the service gaps to Ass.Manager.

·       Monitoring real time operations and identifying gaps on daily basis and notifying the service providers to address the same within given timelines.

·       Addressing employee issues/escalations with regards to employee transport operations and closing the same on time.

·       Tracking the no of transport requests and issues on daily basis to understand the trend.

·       Sharing no show report to Ass.Manager to minimize the instances.

·       Being an active team member during driver trainings and educating the drivers on ongoing observations to uplift the service levels.

PRIMARY CUSTOMERS OF THIS POSITION AND TYPE OF CONTACT

 

The primary customers for this position would be Employees, Administration team and the visitors. The type of contact would be primarily through Voice and e-mail.

 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (including education, experience and skills)

 

  • Minimum of Graduate with 6-8 years of experience in Employee Transport Management in a reputed company with min.fleet of 150 cabs and 8 buses with min 500 transport users.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on multiple shifts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
