The Opportunity:

This job is all about managing speed and quality; we’re looking for someone who can accelerate Homeowner and home onboarding. You will work in a close-knit pod inside our high performing Growth (Sales) Team to ensure our customers have a seamless experience bringing their Home onto Belong’s Platform and getting it loved by a new Resident.

The Role:

  • Execute a rapid and tight onboarding program so that Owners can get their accounts and homes set up efficiently and effortlessly on our platform
  • Produce onboarding content and FAQs to ensure all Owners’ questions regarding Belong are answered quickly and effectively.
  • Work with the Growth (Sales) Team in conducting calls with Owners to ensure alignment on onboarding plans and progress
  • Working cross-functionally with Operations to ensure all physical activities are carried out accurately and punctually (e.g., home repairs, key & lockbox placement, for rent sign placement)
  • Oversee quality and speed benchmarks for your pod and be relentless about measuring and improving them over time
  • Scheduling and coordinating pros and vendors
  • Ensuring billing
  • Making sure homes are up to Belong quality in order to be listed
  • Listing homes
  • Managing turnover of residents
  • Managing home tours

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in either outbound marketing operations, sales enablement, or a client facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Google spreadsheets and formulas (e.g., sum if) and functions (e.g., vlookup, pivot tables etc..)
