About the Role:

Behavox has successfully built a managed services function to support our customer.  Managed Services is made up of 2 distinct offerings so far 1) Training and Certification on the platform and 2) Behavox owning platform configuration and work. 

 

As a Risk Consulting Analyst on the Managed Services Team,  you will be a platform specialists and will be responsible for:

1) Working directly with our customers providing training  

2) Support our customers with platform based questions and concerns 

3) Work directly on their platform making improvements and recommendations

 

What You'll Bring:

  • A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
  • 3+ years of experience using developed Problem-Solving skills to break down complex issues into manageable components.
  • Business Acumen and knowledge evidenced through a clear understanding of Financial Services business operations, processes, risks and objectives.
  • Skilled in Analytical Thinking evidenced through the ability to assess both technical and business impacts of technology decisions.
  • Strong Communication Skills with written and verbal communication professional capabilities for presentations and documentation.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Review risk based alerts to differentiate between true positives and false positives using appropriate risk analysis methods and tools.
  • Classify risks into different categories to implement risk policies or scenarios intended to highlight relevant risks worthy of investigation on a surveillance, archiving or security solutions, utilizing predefined frameworks.
  • Write lexicon-based scenarios to target specific risks targeted by a surveillance, archiving or security solution, employing industry-standard methods.
  • Explain typical Target Operating Models to clarify the roles of key stakeholders that might use a surveillance, archiving or security platforms (for example, L1, L2, L3, HR, and Legal) including different escalation paths, using process diagrams and communication tools.
  • Write both functional and technical reports to present risk analysis, alert metrics, or test results using data visualization and reporting software.
