About BEES  

BEES is AB InBev’s proprietary B2B digital commerce platform, created to help small-and-medium sized retailers thrive and improve the performance of the companies that service them. BEES was launched in the Dominican Republic in 2020 and became a lifeline for many retailers during COVID-19. Today, more than 3 million retailers across 23 countries use BEES every month to browse for products, place orders, earn rewards, arrange deliveries, manage invoices, and access business insights all from one place. ​ 

 

BEES has two priorities. The first is to digitize and elevate AB InBev’s relationship with retailers. BEES has made immense progress on this goal, with 64% of the company’s annual net revenue captured through digital channels. The second priority is to monetize the platform as an open marketplace with other suppliers creating new profitable revenue streams. Today, 63% of buyers are now purchasing non-AB InBev items across 15 countries and marketplace business has captured $1.3 billion in annualized GMV.  

 

The Role:  

We are looking for a strong Commercial leader to manage our global Rewards program (Club BEE) and Revenue Management function. This person will be a part of our broader Customer Experience team, which supports the entire Online and Offline journey. 

 

What you'll do: 

  • Expand and scale the BEES Loyalty & Rewards program across ABI and partner ecosystems 
  • Increase usage of the Challenge program, which can help influence and drive revenue for Club BEE 
  • Optimize rewards program profitability through data-driven strategies.
  • Develop a resource allocation model for Points, Discounts, and all elements of Rewards
  • Manage and personalize promotional offers and targeted campaigns.
  • Drive online pricing intelligence and inform strategic pricing decisions.
  • Design a seamless and engaging rewards program user experience that builds Loyalty to BEES, in line with Commercial Business Strategy.
  • Drive strategy for Algo selling, Personalized promo, and BEES Lift, in addition to managing pricing, algorithms, and business logic, as well as zone influence and prioritization.
  • Optimize pricing across diverse markets and channels, ensuring we capture every revenue-generating opportunity.
  • Forecast demand with pinpoint accuracy, ensuring optimal inventory allocation and preventing costly gaps. ️
  • Develop dynamic pricing strategies that adapt to market fluctuations and competitor behavior, keeping us ahead of the curve.
  • Forge strategic partnerships and leverage data-driven insights to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Lead a high-performing team of revenue management experts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. 

 

What you'll bring: 

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue management & optimization, loyalty resource allocation, revenue management, pricing, analytics, etc.  
  • A proven track record of success in developing and implementing data-driven pricing strategies that drive revenue growth. 
  • Deep expertise in market analysis, forecasting, and competitor intelligence 
  • Proven team leadership experience, with proven leadership and communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. ️ 
  • Experience building a Rewards program from scratch (for example, airline, credit card, hotel chain, etc.)  
  • Data analytical skills 
  • Consultative mindset 

Pay Transparency:

Work Location: New York, NY
Salary: $255,000-$300,000
