As the Vice President of Global Marketing, you will guide our marketing strategy and regional programs for all of our major markets in Europe and North America. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and serving on the Beekeeper Leadership Team, you will define the strategy and tactics to drive awareness, engagement, and consideration across our target audiences in Europe and North America. Using modern and innovative approaches to growing a SaaS business, you will set strategy and manage a team of field marketers and campaign managers to deliver high quality, fast moving pipeline to our sales colleagues. These programs will support both our direct sales teams and our partner team. You will work closely with your marketing peers to shape our brand narrative, PR, content, advertising, and sales enablement programs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive global strategy, planning and execution of marketing programs to drive customer acquisition within specific sales territories, while accounting for regional differences
  • Partner with sales and various cross functional teams to deliver a diverse portfolio of marketing programs across the sales cycle, with the goal of creating high quality, fast-moving pipeline
  • Expand our initial footprint in region by focusing on our core countries, industries, and audiences
  • Lead and guide field marketers, partner marketer, and campaign marketers to maximize their performance and support their professional growth
  • Ensure alignment with global digital demand generation programs (e.g. website, webinars, email, advertising), while localizing and tailoring them to maximize their impact in each region
  • Oversee regional marketing activities like press, events, and other offline marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with our brand narrative
  • Communicate performance by delivering forecasts, creating reports and assessing results across regional KPI’s to continuously optimize regional marketing efforts
  • Work cross-functionally in marketing and across the business to oversee the timely execution of our global marketing plans
  • Oversee 3rd party contractor relationships and manage regional budgets

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors of Business Administration, MBA preferred
  • Experience: 10+ years in SaaS marketing
  • Proven leadership experience managing 5+ direct reports
  • Strong digital marketing & SaaS marketing: both strategy and execution
  • Results-driven, performance marketer with exceptional analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaborator who works well cross functionally and across time zones
  • A self-motivated team player with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different regions while keeping the team inspired & engaged
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and international setting
  • Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate high accountability and autonomy
  • A natural leader with a positive outlook and optimistic attitude—and a good sense of humor
