As a Sales Operations Manager at Beekeeper you will manage a broad range of administrative support tasks in an independent and proactive manner. You will be a central point of contact for, and expert in any sales admin related questions, such as sales commissions, proposal and order form generation, order entry and booking, contract questions. In addition, you will create clear dashboards and stand-out presentations for meetings and events, both internal and customer facing. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Administering commission calculations, documentation and administration related to sales commission payments
  • Manage, organise, and update relevant data using database applications
  • Escalation manager for sales users question on opportunities, quotes, and other queries in line with software licensing agreements.
  • Creating meeting presentations and customer proposals
  • Manage, organise, and update relevant data using database applications
  • Data entry and quality control
  • Planning and execution well-defined Sales Operations projects

What we look for in you

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of working experience
  • 2+ years Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support or Sales Administration
  • Track record of operational excellence 
  • Highly organized, diligent, detail-oriented, structured
  • Resourceful, independent and a self-starter
  • Attention to detail is a prerequisite for this role
  • Able to comprehend and extract information from legal texts 
  • Sense of urgency and when to escalate 
  • High degree of flexibility in handling new assignments 
  • Strong English language skills; written and spoken communication will be English
  • Highly computer literate and good at creating stand-out documents in G-Suite and MS Office including good use of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
