As a Sales Country Manager for UK & Ireland based in London you will talk to and consult manufacturing companies, hotels, retailers and many other industries – from HR over Communications, Operations, IT up to C-Level. The role requires you to be proactive, creative, likable, persuasive and be willing to walk the extra mile on strategically chosen initiatives. Our technology is turning our clients´ internal communication and HR processes upside down. So you will succeed when you truly understand your prospects challenges and their internal structure while establishing a strong relationship and trust in you as the solution provider.

Your Responsibilities

  • Successfully sell the Beekeeper Platform into the UK & IE markets
  • Carry a personal and a team quota
  • Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects
  • Lead a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives
  • Plan, build, manage, optimise and report on sales by using our online CRM system (SalesForce)
  • Grow our business and your responsibilities
  • Work closely with the senior management team to market information & strategies and to incorporate sales feedback into planning

What we look for in you

  • A minimum of 24 months gained within a sales team leader role in Tech sales
  • Drive and unbending will to progress within the business and take on significant leadership responsibility
  • Proven track record in achieving personal and team sales targets
  • The courage and creativity to find new ways of generating business
  • The ability to coach, develop and motivate a team
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English

  • Experience within Unified Communications
  • Proven sales track record into verticals such as Manufacturing, Retail, utilities, Hospitality
