Description

Manhattan-based digital agency is looking for a line producer or experienced, organized production manager to handle commercial production logistics. Applicants should be comfortable with budgeting and scheduling, client interfacing, and communicating with a producing team that shoots content globally.

Responsibilities

  • Work with head of production and senior producers to recruit and onboard new hires
  • Work closely with creative producers to ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget
  • Liaise remotely with field producers and third-parties during productions
  • Create and manage client-facing and internal budgets
  • Maintain organized client production schedules
  • Handle budgets and financial close outs for accounting
  • Oversee procurement of permits and releases
  • Collaborate with creative producers, videographers and post team on budgets
  • Liaise with team to identify and solve problems in all phases of production
  • Assist with coordination and communication with other internal departments
  • Assist creative producer, post team, and account manager in project delivery to client

Qualifications / Skills

  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to perform duties under deadlines
  • Experience using Movie Magic Budgeting and Scheduling
  • Experience with hiring, contracts, and permits
  • Experience working with clients and talent
  • Basic understanding of social media preferred
  • Interest in bringing fresh, nuanced perspectives to advertising preferred
  • Interest in travel media and global culture preferred
  • Passion for creating forward thinking, outside-the-box content required
