About the role.
We are looking for a passionate Product Analyst to join our Pricing Team. This position will work with different product and marketplace areas in order to design processes that will provide day to day data for driving business decisions. At the same time you’ll need to take action into the current product processes in order to comply for their proper working at all times.
What you'll do day in, day out.
Keep track of current automation processes (bugs, troubleshooting, scheduling,etc.) while proposing new projects and improvements on existing ones.
Act as a point of contact for key stakeholders giving timely information regarding their markets’ data.
Manage, prioritize and update product backlog.
Work with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and recommend prioritization of product initiatives.
Develop data-driven business insights from collected data.
Watch over KPIs health and development through each quarter.
What you need to have.
1-2 years of experience in Product Ops / Automation / Ops and/or in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or similar quantitative degree.
Process automation experience in any environment.
Proficiency with SQL, programming languages are a plus.
Proficiency with Excel/Sheets
Product development skills that include reviewing process documentation, testing, debugging and deployment.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to multitask, work alone and as part of a team.
English fluency as you’ll be communicating with team members from other countries.
Based in CDMX due to in location troubleshooting.
