๐Ÿ”ฅ Your mission

We are looking for our first Sales Development Representative to scale outbound sales in the US market at Bearer. We have built Bearer with top-notch security and engineering teams these past months, and we are now ready to roll up our sleeves and take the market by storm.

You will be working with our Go-To-Market Manager Tanguy and our CEO Guillaume. Being the first SDR at Bearer means joining an ambitious company with the opportunity to grow very fast and take leadership.

๐Ÿ’ช Your responsibilities

You will be responsible to:

  • Grow our pipeline of leads and opportunities to drive revenues.
  • Build our playbook (process, analytics, tools) to scale outbound lead generation and enable future growth.

You will spend your time:

  • Researching potential accounts that fit our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Sourcing qualified contacts using our Persona guidelines.
  • Creating and testing multichannel sales outbound sequences (emailing, cold calling, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Setting meetings and generating pipeline for the Sales team.
  • Tracking sales activity and efficiency (dashboard, KPIs)
  • Automating outbound operations with the right tools.

Bearer is growing fast so you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities after a few months according to your own preferences (e.g. Account Executive, Outbound Growth Manager, SDR Manager).

โญ๏ธ Your profile

You are ambitious and you want to work in a fast-paced environment. You have 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, customer success), ideally in a fast-growing startup.

  • You are self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You are a doer and possess a player mindset; you strive to grow and develop and never back down from a challenge.
  • Youโ€™re resilient; youโ€™re not afraid of failures but use them as an opportunity to learn.
  • You have great communication and copywriting skills and can write an engaging outbound campaign copy that resonates with buyers.
  • You are native or fluent in English.
  • You are based on the East Coast of the US and willing to work remotely.

We don't expect you to be a cybersecurity expert! We are looking for a candidate who is a quick learner and eager to learn about the cybersecurity industry.
