About the Opportunity:
Ideal candidates embrace a team-based culture and innovation. Candidates should be proficient in all aspects of respiratory care including invasive and non-invasive ventilatory support from neonate to adult, including but not limited to:
- Comfort in developing and documenting care plans in Epic EMR
- Performing arterial and venous blood draws
- Knowledge of cardiovascular diagnostics
- Ability to work in emergent situations to support critically injured or ill patients
- Understanding of pulmonary diagnostics of FENO, PFT and sleep disorders
Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Requirement of existing license in WI
- Minimum of Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy
- BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certified
- Nighttime 6 pm - 6:30 am onsite shifts
- 2 shifts minimum (24 hours) per week average
- Required weekend and holiday rotational scheduling with holiday pay differential
