Since we started in 2018, our London-based team has grown at scale and we’ve opened our first international office in Hong Kong. 

Translating product features & functionality into a narrative on Beacon’s products which our customers will love to engage with.

What you’ll do: 

  • Become an expert on Beacon’s products and their value to our customers.
  • Define (and continue to refine) our product positioning through a deep understanding of the market, buyers, and key competitors.
  • Translate technical features & functionality into a compelling narrative that articulates the benefits and value of our products to our customers.
  • Drive the creation of marketing and sales collateral, ensuring that the business development, marketing, and account management teams are equipped with the right tools, knowledge, and information to properly position Beacon’s product with prospective customers.

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B product market, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Strong written & oral ‘storytelling’ skills – you have the ability to develop compelling and memorable product narratives and have experience coaching others to do the same.
  • Effective collaboration in cross-functional teams (business development, product management, operations, etc.), with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Balance attention to detail with swift execution: You know how to do things quickly – and do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and/or certification (e.g. from Pragmatic Institute or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience marketing to the e-commerce and/or banking industries is a plus.
