What you'll do 

  • Design, develop, lead and analyse design and product research at all stages of the design lifecycle--uncovering patterns, pain points and opportunities to drive product innovation and customer success
  • Embody the voice of the customer by delivering empathetic and meaningful insights on the user journey and experience to stakeholders across design, development, business and operations
  • Bring thought leadership on building and growing libraries of research that help make our insights accessible to all
  • Lead discovery and ideation workshops with customers as well as internal business, technology, product and design that help capture, synthesise and focus delivery of the right features to meet our customer’s goals and needs

What you’ll need 

  • Experience with industry-standard qualitative research methodologies, the ability to match and/or combine the right method of inquiry for the right results
  • Comfortable articulating study findings confidently with clear impact analysis and meaningful recommendations to mixed audiences and stakeholders across product, design, business, technology, and operations
  • Experience working in an iterative, user-centered design framework managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • The ability to see beyond research and dive deep into complex and nuanced systems, and understand product and business needs, design and operational impacts
  • Be an advocate for user research and insights across the company through knowledge sharing and educating on the customer experience through the lens of research 
  • Enthusiasm for working in a respectful, transparent, and collaborative work environment.
