Work closely with our BD and Ops teams to deliver a competitive pricing strategy, translating complex requirements to commercially driven solutions and provide insights that shape our product and tooling as we scale.

What you’ll do: 

  • Own day-to-day pricing decisions within your area. Analyse customer profiles and volumes, optimize internal communication, and build new processes to continuously refine our pricing strategy and challenge the status quo
  • Stay on top of market trends and industry developments, crunching through large volumes of data to improve pricing and negotiation approach
  • Identify opportunities and lead projects aimed at increasing speed, transparency and accuracy of pricing & quoting. Partner with Business Development Managers & Account Managers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of prices to the customers
  • Contribute to building and executing on the strategy for Beacon Platform (SaaS product) price setting and calibration
  • Work in close collaboration with our Revenue Optimisation team to help drive development of pricing methodology and building of innovative data-driven pricing solutions, disrupting the traditional B2B freight pricing approach


What you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience working in pricing / revenue management role and/or analytical role in management consulting or related high-growth company. Experience of software pricing is a bonus.
  • Customer-centric approach to solving problems and providing best-in-class service.
  • Be comfortable being analytical and relationship-driven. 
    • You will enjoy navigating our spreadsheets, CRM, database and other internal tooling in order to implement rigour and processes.
    • You will thrive on being a pivotal communicator within Beacon, engaging with stakeholders to get buy-in across the business.
  • Eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication, organisational and project management skills will be critical.
  • Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength.
