In this role, you'll join our team at the ground floor as we work to revolutionize the way consumers experience travel. You will work directly with senior management to create and execute strategies for high-end destinations across the globe. You will use our proprietary tools and software to craft digital strategies for the social campaigns of the future.

Job Description:

At BCV, your responsibilities as a Senior Social Media Manager will include:

  • Serving as the day-to-day client liaison on 15-20 accounts
  • Expert on clients’ business, services, competitive and marketing needs
  • Work with the clients to develop digital strategies and tactics while troubleshooting client related issues
  • Managing a team of 1-2 to ensure on time execution and deployment of social campaigns
  • Briefing creative teams, providing direction and helping to positively influence the work
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns, sharing best practices, helping to drive clients’ business growth and add value
  • Preparing and presenting monthly reports based on client specific goals and budgets
  • Take a proactive role in mentoring, training, developing and reviewing the performance of Account Executives/Junior Account Executives/Interns
  • Travel is required (40%)


  • 3-4 years' social experience with people and client management knowledge
  • Skilled in project management for all creative and client brand standards
  • Knowledge of managing the account teams on day to day client operations
  • Superior communication skills and be able to counsel clients’ top executive management on digital marketing issues
  • Should have previous experience managing corporate and social campaigns
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
