The Division Director, Talent Acquisition will be the accountable owner of recruiting delivery for the Assistive Care State Programs operating group at BAYADA. This role reports directly to the Practice President who is eager to have a partner to positively impact recruiting.  This position requires 7+ years Director level management experience;  health care & high-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred.

Our Assistive Care State Programs practice provides home health services to adult and geriatric clients from over 50 offices in 9 states.  This business practice anticipates significant growth potential if more home health aides can be hired.  You will formulate the Recruiting Strategy for hires needed both today and tomorrow, partner with operations to understand market prioritization and share measures of success around your team’s delivery. You will serve as a critical member of the Practice’s Senior Leadership Team and together influence and enable the growth of this practice.

This is a remote opportunity, with candidates required to be East Coast based and commutable (as needed) to Pennsauken, NJ or Charlotte, NC.  Approximately 20% travel required.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence, and reliability.
  • Four (4) year college degree.
  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years of Director or higher-level managerial experience in recruiting, preferably in home care.
  • Experienced with building efficient and large-scale recruitment teams and processes for a high-volume hourly workforce across a distributed, multi-site organizational structure.
  • Strong track record of strategic problem solving, including diagnosing, planning, and execution.
