BAYADA Physicians Services is currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Physician Assistant, PA for a Full Time position, treating adult and geriatric clients in their homes. The territory includes Delaware County and surrounding counties (Montgomery and Philadelphia).
Physician Assistant, PA Responsibilities include:
Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Providing primary care to our patients in their homes; which includes evaluation, treatment, and care management
Works closely and collaboratively with any service lines involved to help ensure continuity of care and assure all patients needs are being met
Discuss and assist team in management of pharmacologic and non-pharmacological interventions.
Physician Assistant, PA Qualifications include:
A passion for serving underserved geriatric populations
A positive solution oriented attitude and a willingness to be flexible to get the job done
A desire to be part of a tight knit highly supportive and communicative team aligned to achieve shared goals
A current Physicians Assistant license in PA
Active DEA License
A minimum of one year of recent verifiable relevant clinical experience (Primary Care preferred)
