BAYADA Habilitation Technicians (Hab Techs)/Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) work one-on-one both in the client’s home and in community settings. They act as a companion and mentor for individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities, helping them to reach their full potential and live joyful lives.
All that is required is a high school diploma/GED and a willingness to learn! We recognize motivated individuals and offer trainings through online courses, on-site experience as well as skills certifications. Experienced candidates are always welcome as well!
