BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of a Divisional Clinical Manager for our Home Health Medicare Visits offices in Massachusetts.

As a Divisional Nurse Manager your day may look like this:
Provide clinical and operational workflow support to Clinical Managers and Directors
Train and educate new field clinicians and Clinical Managers throughout the division
Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
Review all clinical documentation to ensure consistent, accurate, high-quality services.
Work with senior leaders to monitor BAYADA Key Performance Indicators and BAYADA Process Measures.
Provide clinical guidance and judgment to office colleagues to promote understanding of and response to client’s needs.
If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, this could be your dream job!
Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
Previous home health experience is required - specifically within a Medicare Certified agency.
Working knowledge of OASIS documentation and HomeCare HomeBase is required.
Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
Able to travel within MA as needed.
