Qualifications for employment
Minimum one-year work experience.
Certificate of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant training or 40 hour certificate of Home Health Aide training.
Current CNA license OR HHA certification listed in good standing with the board.
Compliant with Bayada policy needed for home care.
Completion of competence demonstration, as performed in clinical CNA/HHA courses.
Job Responsibilities for our Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides:
Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
Assisting with ambulation
