- New Castle: Friday or Sat evening 6p-12a and/ or Wed/Th/Fri overnight, Times/day flexible. Trach/Vent
- New Castle: Saturday and Sunday 8a - 4p + occasional week day. Trach
- Butler: Tues, Thurs, Sat 11p - 7a Saturday and Friday, and Sunday 3p - 11p. Trach/Vent
- Butler: Monday - Sunday 11p - 7a. Trach/Vent
- Butler: Monday-Friday 6a-3p. Trach

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):
- Assessments
- Training and education of family members
- Medication administration of prescribed treatments and therapies
- Communication with other members of the patients' multidisciplinary team
- Supply management
- Emergency management
Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):
- Current RN license in good standing in PA
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum one year clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
