WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
BaubleBar is currently seeking a Full-Time Temporary Accounting Clerk to join our Finance team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated person to help with various administrative and accounting tasks for a 3-6 month project. Interested candidates should be confident working independently and within a larger team. The position requires close attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
- Accurately record transactions in Excel
- Verify invoice details against purchase orders; summarize exceptions for further review
- Maintain organized and accurate records following internal file organization system
- Assist in audit preparation
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Netsuite, MS Dynamics, Sage, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in an accounting or administrative role is a plus
- Position will be remote (residing anywhere in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.) Standard working hours to coincide with 9:00 am- 6:00 pm EST

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to assist our dynamic team at BaubleBar. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment, working closely with the rest of the creative team, including photographers, the studio coordinator, and retouching staff, while reporting to the VP of Creative. The primary responsibility of the Photographer is to capture product and on-figure photography for BaubleBar e-commerce and wholesale partner websites. You will work in a high-volume e-commerce photo studio setting that supports our rapidly growing company and its needs, with a strong emphasis on product photography that showcases our accessories in the best light.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
- Photograph product for ecommerce and editorial on-figure and still-life
- Light reflective and complex surfaces effectively
- Style jewelry as per the company style guide
- Process files, including organizing, naming, cropping, sizing, and color correcting
- Ensure all products are photographed on time
- Work with the Studio Coordinator to maintain organized products in the photo studio
- Assist in the production of still life, on-model, and editorial shoots
- Maintain and manage photography equipment, ensuring all gear is in excellent working condition
- Work onsite 2-3 days per week at our Manhattan Studio in the Flatiron area
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 2-3 years of proven experience in product and lifestyle photography, preferably in a high-volume, deadline-driven e-commerce environment in the fashion industry. Jewelry experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Capture One and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with Profoto and Canon photo and lighting equipment
- Experience shooting organic content (photography and videos) with iPhone is a big plus
- Basic knowledge of Google and Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Slides, Sheets)
- Excellent understanding of lighting techniques, composition, and color correction
- Basic understanding of photo retouching process
- Knowledge of shooting video on DSLR
- Video editing and color correction knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing overall image quality
- Adaptability to learn new tools and processes
- Keen eye for detail and quality control
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be able to troubleshoot and be solution-oriented
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant expertise required

Ideal candidates have a strong understanding of the market landscape, are creative problem solvers, and have a demonstrated ability to identify and translate trends with a unique perspective.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
- Be up to date within the fashion industry trends to offer a fresh perspective within our assortment
- Have extensive knowledge of jewelry design/development, materials and construction
- Sketch innovative product leveraging expertise in color and trends, construction and material composition
- Prepare intricate technical packets with attention to detail, accuracy and speed
- Collaborate with design team for sketch concepts, color work and construction
- Bring a high level of creativity, attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high-pressure environment while balancing deadlines in an efficient, flexible, and professional manner
- Role can be Hybrid with time onsite at our NYC HQ or fully remote (residing anywhere in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.)
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
- 4+ years of design experience (jewelry/accessory experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Jewelry Design, Design, Fine Art, or related degree preferred
- Proficiency in Illustrator
- Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail
- Strong technical drawing abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to provide/receive constructive feedback

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
BaubleBar is currently seeking a Production Coordinator to join our team. The Production Coordinator will manage all production samples and data needs throughout our non-custom product divisions. This position will be joining an ever-growing business that values teamwork, efficiency, and fun!
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
- Organize and maintain production sample storage at our BB HQ
- Help facilitate and maintain the integrity of production-based data within our systems, including materials and measurements
- Prepare samples for internal cross-functional review of our on-order product
- Review and approve vendor invoices related to bulk production and production samples
- Assist in the barcode labeling process, from creation to approval, adhering to the requirements of the account
- Learn the ins and outs of bulk production through the management and tracking of sample workflows with vendors and internal partners
- Work Full-time onsite in our Manhattan office 5 days per week
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1-2 years of professional experience in Production, Sourcing, or related field
- Comfortable with entry and management of large amounts of data in Excel
- Understanding the importance of punctuality and dependability
- Highly organized with tremendous attention to detail
- A team player with good written and verbal communication skills
- A self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
