As a key part of our rapidly expanding fintech, your role as a Data Analyst is critical to the execution of Baubap's vision You will collaborate closely within business units in order to provide data driven decision making. You will provide the keys tools such metrics, insights and analytical reporting that will allow your team optimize their key objectives. You will be closely understanding the needs of our users.

- Constant analysis and creation of business metrics dashboards.
- Automatization of current data analysis and report generation.
- Present reports with crystal clear conclusions and actionables.
- Envision ways to automate & simplify data analysis tools to support strategic decision-making.
- Launch comprehensive dashboards tracking vital business metrics, improving real-time decision-making capabilities.
🚀 Your Day to Day
- Collaborate with various team members to comprehend and resolve data needs. Help them answer the most important questions.
- Translate complex data into understandable conclusions for a business audience, and propose potential actions and strategies.
- Measure and articulate the business impact of changes, improvements and/or experiments.
- Constantly find insights through extensive analysis of raw data in order for other team members can take informed decisions about product development.
- Present data-driven insights that directly influence strategic decisions, demonstrating clear ROI through your analyses.
- Automate key financial reports and forecasting models, reducing manual work
- Track business metrics to identify areas of improvement and potential risks
🚀 Requirements
- Proficiency in MySQL
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in Python / R for large datasets analysis
- Strong statistical, and analytical background
- Experience in financial analysis
- Experience in creating Data Reports for a non-technical audience
- Experience automatizing processes
