Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Vice President International (VP) and the EMEA go-to-market organisation. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Support  the VP and provide support to the sales team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and operations run efficiently
  • Ensure clear, accurate communication among customers and Basis personnel with clear descriptions of written and verbal executive communications, being directly involved in both.
  • Conserve executives’ time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information; and initiating telecommunications.
  • Conduct and refine internal processes to support executives, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow
  • Manage communication between VP and other team members, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the VP’s priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
  • Attend and take notes on most VP’s sales calls to ensure accurate record of details
  • Maintain Salesforce records and keep them up to date for the VP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, according to corporate standards and definitions
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
  • Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in as an administrator supporting a sales organisation 
  • High level of proficiency with Google docs and Microsoft products
  • Experience in supporting senior executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Numerical fluency and confidence with numbers, values  and amounts pertaining to volumes and prices in a sales context
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • CRM experience desired; Salesforce a significant plus
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
  • Ability to keep company confidences
  • Experience overseeing budgets and expenses
  • Researching and curating data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
  • Helping to prepare for meetings
  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings
  • Prepared to travel overseas when required
  • English a must; additional language skills a plus
