What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a Senior Channels and Alliances Manager to support in the recruitment and support of Channels and Alliances across North America with Telecom, Cloud and Communication Service Providers.  The role will be to build and develop partnerships with leading/largest Communication Service Providers (CSP) and an ecosystem of System Integrators (SI's), Managed Services Providers (MSPs) to drive top line revenue growth via hybrid cloud-based Voice, SMS, MMS, SIP trunking, and e911 Service communications solution and go to market execution.

As a Senior Channels and Alliances Manager, you will help drive and manage the overall North American relationships and partners with industry leaders and GTM BAND Channel and Alliance business development initiatives. This role is critical to developing the Alliances and Channel partnerships for Bandwidth North American business which involves strategic planning, co-selling with Channel Partner sales teams, managing partners relationships, leveraging technology and developing channel programs and processes applied to different types of prospects and existing businesses.

What You'll Do:

  • Bandwidth NA Partner Program management and enablement: Responsible for cross-functional management of the North American Partner Program from conception, to detailed plan, marketing to partners and with partners, and driving the transformative life-cycle to achieve ecosystem leadership goals. This must be achieved by aligning to the Bandwidth North American Channel Partners and Alliance Program priorities and leveraging key stakeholders within the larger Bandwidth partner program organizations.
  • Support the development and management of associated partner benefit programs of the Bandwidth Channel Partner Program. Must be able to develop and make programs available to Partners.
  • Representative of Bandwidth’s North American Channel and Alliances on key program work streams. Supporting partner’s participation in key programs, will be seen as a key member of several cross-functional teams inside the North American team and the larger Bandwidth organization.
  • Partner-facing engagement: Articulate to partners and key stakeholders the vision, strategy and value of the program, it’s structure, requirements and benefits
  • Identify, onboard, and enable North American Channel and Alliances Partners and support the adoption of the Partner Programs, competencies within the Partner ecosystem to accelerate partners’ participation in programs.
  • Drive partner tier compliance to operational KPIs with operational cadence of performance status reviews
  • Partner Program Development: Prioritize with key regional stakeholders’ strategic initiatives, key strategic partner recruitment and onboarding, and programs by working with the North American team and partners to identify program enhancements/developments and provide associated feedback to the BAND Partner Program teams.

What You Need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a business concentration is required.
  • 5+ years demonstrated success in business/market development, product management or partner management.
  • Knowledge of Bandwidth Communications and Software Technology infrastructure products and solutions including: Voice Services, Too-Free, SMS, MMS, Messaging, e911, VoIP, and related to IaaS, CPaaS, CCaaS, analytics and Telco Cloud, technologies.
  • Excellent relationship builder, strong program management, marketing and communication skills, ability to travel to channel partners and events as needed, ability to work cross-functionally with product management, marketing and field teams, works effectively with functional leaders throughout the organization, demonstrated ability to develop business cases and execute business development plans
