As a Software Infrastructure (Cloud) team member, you will architect and maintain critical cloud infrastructure that supports scalable and secure applications. We’re looking for people excited about creating tools and services that enhance the day-to-day lives of Bandwidth developers through improved performance, automation, observability, and security! You will work with key organizational stakeholders to ensure our teams have everything they need to build exceptional software.

What You'll Do:
- Design and implement scalable and secure AWS cloud architectures across multiple accounts.
- Manage and optimize AWS networking solutions to ensure high performance and security.
- Ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency of AWS resources.
- Provide mentorship and promote AWS best practices within the team and across the company.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-level infrastructure issues promptly.
What You Need:
- Deep experience in building and managing multi-account AWS environments.
- Expert knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, and IAM.
- Strong background in network architecture, including security protocols and best practices.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably using Terraform.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Points:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
- Experience with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes or Docker.
- Startup experience or independent work with less defined requirements
