What We Are Looking For:

This role on our Brand team will be at the intersection of content and integrated campaigns, focusing on a specific Bandwidth product portfolio. You won't be alone; you'll have peers in the same role focusing on other portfolios. You'll be responsible for crafting engaging content strategies that hit our business goals across platforms while optimizing for SEO to boost visibility. Plus, you'll dive into developing and running integrated campaigns that align with our overall strategy. You’ll connect Solution/Product Marketing, Creative, Inbound, and Outbound teams with your integrated efforts. You'll be part of a team, but you'll also be in charge of making a real impact on our marketing efforts by generating awareness, pipeline, and revenue.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end ideation, execution, and analysis of content and campaigns for a single Bandwidth Portfolio, driving awareness and orders for new business initiatives.
  • Support the brand's objectives while growing and improving marketing sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue across customer acquisition, expansion, and retention activities.
  • This is a hybrid role that includes ownership in two areas for a single Bandwidth Portfolio:
    • Content:
      • Knowledge: Analyze buyer goals, behaviors, and competitive intelligence with product information to co-build our content strategy across channels.
      • Strategic Creation: Strategically drive content creation, ensuring that all collateral, digital content, and communications drive demand for your portfolio.
      • Management: Manage the production of the product portfolio’s content and editorial calendar, ensuring that content is aligned with our brand's voice and messaging.
      • Internal Relationships: Connect and build relationships with content contributors across the organization.
      • Measure: Evaluate and report on content effectiveness by providing actionable insights for optimizing content strategies and improving audience engagement.
      • Optimize: Enhance website content for SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic alongside progression through the revenue funnel.
    • Integrated Campaigns:
      • Build Marketing Plans: Responsible for delivering and leading best-in-class campaigns and activation plans to support your portfolio of Bandwidth.
      • Collaborate: Empower and support your channel teams as they execute their global integrated campaign plans.
      • Test and innovate: Push boundaries by testing innovative go-to-market strategies and supplying fresh, creative ideas targeted to your portfolio’s audience.
      • Budget: Create and manage your portfolio’s budget, and ensure all campaigns are delivered effectively, within budget and deadline.
      • Project manage: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills while effectively managing diverse relationships and budgets as a senior individual contributor
      • Measure and analyze: Partner with Marketing Operations and B.A.C.E on measurement and provide analysis to ensure your activities meet ROI targets and KPI goals.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of hands-on marketing and content experience
  • Exceptional writing and messaging skills, supported by examples.
  • Skill in crafting targeted content strategies to drive engagement and achieve business objectives across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in optimizing content strategies for SEO to boost organic visibility and enhance search engine rankings.
  • Demonstrated understanding of GA4 and a multi-touch attribution model. 
  • Experience owning end-to-end execution of marketing programs and campaigns, delivering tangible business outcomes with included data.
  • Demonstrated curiosity in learning product technicalities in-depth and translating them into simple terms for prospects and customers.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple internal teams and departments.
  • Quick learner with the ability and agility to thrive in an extremely fast-moving, changing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, energetic, and optimistic.
  • Bias for action, results, and delivery, maintaining a high-quality bar.
  • Previous experience working closely with a sales team.
  • Budget management for integrated campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on campaign expenditures and ROI.

Bonus Points:

  • Responsibility in working with ABM campaigns, ideally intent-based tools like TechTarget and 6sense.
  • Vast experience in a wide marketing tool belt, including experience with ABM, SEO, optimization testing, email nurture and automation, events, and digital experience.
  • Use data and analytics to optimize a full-funnel campaign, evaluating performance across goals and channels
