What We Are Looking For:

Our team is growing!  We are hiring a Customer Development Representative to join our business development team in London. Your mission is to uncover new opportunities within a warm base of customers.  Build strong, meaningful and lasting relationships, and grow our footprint within each account.  Ensure we are delivering excellent customer experience by solving our customers communication challenges

What You'll Do:

  • You’ll be serving as the primary account owner for 150+ existing accounts. These customers haven’t been touched for some time. you’ll use your business development mentality to generate fresh opportunities and build relationships 
  • You’ll be maintaining strong relationships with multiple contacts at each account
  • Developing a deep understanding of each customer’s business and identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross sell additional Bandwidth products
  • Driving revenue generation and developing strategic partnerships
  • Cultivating and managing a healthy Sales funnel and ensuring forecast accuracy
  • Achieving assigned quota for new revenue growth within accounts

What You Need:

  • Sales background in SaaS or Telecommunications 
  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Prior experience with Salesforce.com CRM, or other CRM used to manage sales pipeline, required. 
  • Take pride in delighting your customers and solving their problems
  • Strong people skills - being empathetic, insightful and approachable
  • Proven success navigating organisations and ability to quickly identify the decision makers and the decision making process 
  • Must be hard working, focused and ready to go above and beyond to delight your customers and colleagues!
