Essential Job Duties
The HR Content Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing content strategies for BambooHR. This role will focus on creating engaging and informative content that facilitates peer-to-peer learning, empowers customers to maximize the value of their BambooHR investment, and provides BambooHR subscribers with relevant content. This may include webinars, customer panels, and other thought leadership materials.
You will:
Content Creation:
- Develop a variety of content formats, including:
- Blog posts on relevant HR topics and BambooHR best practices.
- Scripts and presentations for webinars and customer panels showcasing product features and broader HR best practices.
- Deliver engaging webinars and presentations.
- Facilitator guides and discussion prompts to encourage customer interaction(e.g., online forums, community events).
- On-demand resources like recorded webinars and training sessions focused on BambooHR functionality, optimization, and general HR topics.
Community Building:
- Foster a sense of community among Bamboo participants by creating opportunities for networking, peer-to-peer learning, and knowledge sharing.
- Moderate online discussions and forums to ensure a positive and productive environment.
Project Management:
- Manage the end-to-end production of webinars and customer panels, including scheduling, speaker coordination, content development, and technical setup.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., product marketing, customer success) to ensure content alignment with the overall Bamboo strategy.
- Proactively coordinate and partner with other internal teams (e.g., CX Teams, Product, etc ) to gather insights, share knowledge, and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, or a related field).
- Prior experience as an HR leader or consultant
- Proven experience in content creation, preferably in the HR technology industry or a SaaS environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a solid ability to translate complex HR concepts and software features into clear and engaging content.
- Experience in developing and executing webinars and online events.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborative team player with a solid ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
