As a Senior Manager of Payroll Trust Operations, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day Payroll Services Trust Operations functions (collecting customer funds, treasury, cash management, customer payments, and trust accounting) for BambooHR.  Define and communicate the strategy and goals for the Trust Operations teams to streamline operations, improve productivity, and provide exceptional customer experiences.  Use extensive knowledge and industry experience to lead and contribute to achieving BambooHR’s goals in creative and efficient ways, including: 

  • Accountability for the performance, results, and strategic direction of the Trust Operations organization
  • Provide leadership to Managers and senior team members who report to you
  • Produce management reporting and use KPIs to drive decision-making for your teams
  • Partner with Product, Business Operations, and Customer Experience leaders to drive business results
  • Hiring, training, coaching, and development of team members
  • Being a role model for BambooHR values

  • 12+ years of experience within the Payroll industry and leading or building Trust Operations functions or systems
