Baker is a fast growing technology startup that is helping power the newly legal cannabis industry. We are looking for a passionate Customer Support Specialist to work with our rapidly expanding company to provide part-time evening and weekend support to our Customer Support Team.

In addition to customer support, you will get to directly work with and support sales, marketing and product development of our technology! We are looking for a team player who is excited by the prospect of propelling the company forward in a number of different areas.

Key Roles & Responsiblities:
- Answering incoming calls from our customers and clients
- Working with our customers and clients via email/ticketing - Responding to incoming chat questions from our clients.
- Updating and refining support documentation and processes.
- Assisting support and customer success managers in day to day operations via chat, email and document processing.
- Support should be flexible and be comfortable adapting for problem solving as it relates to helping our clients.

Personal Characteristics:
- Has a strong sense of urgency
- Thrives in a start-up environment (can be flexible / handle ambiguity)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Requirements:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with our customers.
- Initiative, self-motivation and good time management skills.
- Able to work well as part of a team as well as independently.
- Experience in a customer communication role.
- Experience with ticketing systems (desk, Zendesk, Intercom) a plus!
- Experience with html/css also a plus!
