The Role

The primary responsibility is to work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. The expectation is that the person will prospect via email, cold calls and social media in order to set demos for Territory Managers. This person must be comfortable demoing technology remotely and closing business over the phone

Role Responsibilities

  • Call and email business owners to understand their objectives
  • Set demos for the outside Territory Managers
  • Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques

Role Requirements

  • University degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales/customer service strongly preferred, cold-calling experience a plus
  • Excellent phone presence
  • Interest in selling software/technology
  • Prior experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Has a strong sense of urgency
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
  • Highly collaborative but able to work independently
  • Hungry and never takes no for an answer
  • Passion for customer success and value creation
