What the Role Is

Babylist is looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor - Third Shift,  for our brand-new warehouse in Lockbourne, Ohio!  We're looking for someone to lead our overnight warehouse team with excitement and expertise, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. In this role, you'll manage and support your team through hiring, training, and performance evaluations. You'll also focus on optimizing processes, managing inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and upholding safety protocols. Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay that is competitive and aligns with industry standards. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.
