We have team members located across the United States spanning multiple time zones. This means we put in extra effort to make sure we connect and collaborate in ways that make sense for us. This role specifically is held on-site at our Lockbourne, Ohio warehouse.
What the Role Is
Babylist is looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for our brand-new warehouse in Lockbourne, Ohio! We're looking for someone to lead our warehouse team with excitement and expertise, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. In this role, you'll manage and support your team through hiring, training, and performance evaluations. You'll also focus on optimizing processes, managing inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and upholding safety protocols. Who You Are

An inspiring and motivating warehouse supervisor with over 7 years of experience in people management or supervision and 3 years of warehouse experience.

You are able to prosper in a dynamic environment, and identify critical issues despite ambiguity

A exemplary communicator that has a high level of confidence in delegating tasks and responsibilities

You bring at least 5 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs, developing and implementing SOPs, and establishing operational standards to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and foster team growth.

You are able to confidently communicate both verbally and in writing, clearly and concisely, to all including different stakeholders

You have deep analytical and critical thinking skills, making it simple for you to evaluate data, identify issues, troubleshoot, and develop effective solutions

With solid time management and prioritization skills, you are capable of multitasking successfully, taking a detail-oriented and systematic approach

You demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing environments and demands, remain calm and focused under pressure, and are willing to learn and adopt new methods and technologies.

Proficient in training, mentoring, and developing team members, with experience in performance evaluations and career development planning, and the ability to foster a positive team culture

Skilled in enforcing industry regulations and safety standards, conducting safety audits and training sessions, and ensuring a safe working environment

You have technical skills with WMS, ERP systems, and inventory management software, plus a deep knowledge of industry-specific technology and equipment.

Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
The estimated pay range for this role is $60,590.00 - $77,000.00
In addition, Babylist offers equity, bonus, and benefits, including company paid health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
