Reports to the Marketing Manager II

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to play a central role in the development and execution of our Group marketing plan. The primary focus of this role will be on the successful creation, management, and delivery of innovative marketing campaigns and compelling content in our fast-paced and ambitiously growing office.

You will support in the development of engaging content across both traditional and digital channels, ensuring our messaging resonates with our target audience. This includes acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day product and commercial marketing requests from the business, liaising with the wider Marketing and Markets team, and collaborating with external agencies and third parties where appropriate.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to position us as a trusted partner in the alternative assets industry.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, content, and initiatives to target private equity, real estate, infrastructure and private credit managers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to identify target audiences and develop targeted marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website, email marketing, and social media.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and reports.
  • Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our expertise and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Stay current on regulatory changes and industry news relevant to fund administration in the alternative assets sector.

What we’re looking for

  • 3-5 years relevant Marketing experience
  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing or Finance are preferred
  • Relationship and sales experience are advantageous
  • CRM system experience is preferred
  • Ability to put together proposal documents to a high standard
  • Demonstrable stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Professional communication style and excellent interpersonal skills are essential
  • A collaborative and team-based approach  
  • Self-sufficient, with strong activity levels 
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management skills  
  • Ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously

You will need to be quick to learn new systems and great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients are at the heart of what we do.
