As a Social Media Specialist you will be responsible for developing and engaging a wide audience for our biggest websites. You must have a finger on the pulse of what is happening across social platforms on a day-to-day basis. You have to be passionate about figuring out what works and consequently create, refine, enhance and deliver messaging to the public about the brand and marketing initiatives. 

We are looking for someone who is engaging, intuitive, tapped into internet culture and has a grasp on social trends.

What you’ll be doing:

Help promote and build our brand accounts
Work on content campaigns for models
Daily social media monitoring and engagement, answer questions and comments from users
Monitor online sentiment with social listening, and report on any trends and viral content opportunities
Create organic, engaging content, source images and write compelling copy for social media
Provide thorough reports on engagement, brand perception and penetration into the adult community and lead with how to better practices
Maintain brand tone and strategy across all platform profiles

What you’ll need to be successful:

Must have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing
Familiarity with adult content & social media landscape
2+ years managing a brand’s social media accounts
Varied experience in writing, content creation and development
Must be comfortable working with a team
Must be resourceful and organized
Must be flexible and able to handle routine as well as unexpected assignments
