Your Impact
As an RMA Technician, you will be a key player for Axon's success. You will support the RMA team, sales team, and our direct customers by building and testing high quality refurbished material. We are seeking a candidate who is well organized, excels in communication and detail oriented.
What You’ll Do
Location: Onsite at our Deer Valley (AZ) location
Reports to: Supervisor, RMA
Responsible for initial testing and troubleshooting of developing and testing devices returned by customers, primarily working under RMA Lead tech. Responsibilities also include:

- Will coordinate with RMA Lead for primary devices to work with
- Individually contribute to Quality Databases used, such as Jira and Confluence
- Follow given testing documents or data recovery processes for Axon Products
What You Bring
- 2+ years Electronics Technician experience
- Prepared for root cause analysis and problem solving
- Capable communication and organization skills.
- Electronic/Electrical Manufacturing and R&D Experience.
- Proficient in MS Dynamics and Jira.
- Proficient in D365
Physical Demands
Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, carry for 8 of hours at a time; ability to lift 50 unaided; ability to ascend and descend stairs; ability to grasp and use small parts; ability to occasionally[kneel, crouch, bend as required to perform tasks
Work Environment
Within the Axon manufacturing facility, employees may be exposed to manufacturing noise, ambient temperatures, close quarters, hazards associated with working around moving machinery, exposure to vibrations and industrial lighting.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided by Axon and may be required when a job task(s) is being completed in or around your assigned department or in another department, this includes but is not limited to, safety eyewear, hearing protection. Employees are required to fully apply ergonomic best practices to all job tasks possible.

The pay: Axon’s hourly pay philosophy is made up of base pay and bonus. The starting hourly pay for this role is USD 14.42 in the lowest geographic market and USD 24.04 in the highest geographic market. The actual hourly pay is dependent upon many factors such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
