As our first marketing leader in Brazil, you'll join the growing Global Marketing team at Axon, which is focused on the growing adoption of life-saving solutions by public safety agencies across Brazil and Latin America. You'll Join forces across the marketing, sales, and product teams to drive success and growth in your region.


What You’ll Do

Location: Remote, based in Brazil
Reports to: Senior Manager, Americas Marketing

Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns & Events

  • Plan, manage and help execute events (in person and digital)
  • Create and distribute content that resonates with customers and prospects
  • Develop short and long-tail marketing campaigns centered around case studies, video content, sales enablement material, digital campaigns, communication strategies, and more
  • Partner with customers to develop and distribute customer reference materials to drive demand by demonstrating real-world scenarios with Axon users
  • Create and implement new ideas on how to better reach our audiences and key personas using various channels and content mediums
  • Execute consistent and meaningful customer experiences/events with the ultimate goal of driving new and continued business
  • Join Forces with Sales teams to identify risks and opportunities, create a pipeline, and define both long and short-term marketing objectives to accelerate growth

Measure Key Results

  • Demonstrate how your activities and plans drive KPIs, such as creating and influencing pipelines, closing revenue and bookings, and increasing market penetration.
  • Leverage data to understand what marketing activities are effective and when to pivot to new strategies when required
  • Demonstrate the ROI effectiveness for marketing programs and devise plans to optimize ROI continuously.
  • Track results in consumable reports that can be shared with key stakeholders to demonstrate benchmarks and ongoing performance

Manage Relationships

  • Manage internal relationships to create cohesive product launch plans, adapt content to your markets, and work as a key partner with the Americas sales team.
  • Initiate partnerships with customers, associations, and industry influencers to help increase awareness, adoption, and perception of Axon.

Marketing and Sales Data Management:

  • Manage CRM to effectively orchestrate digital and ABM campaigns
  • Build a larger database of leads for outreach in Brazil

Omnichannel Communication:

  • Implement tools and processes to integrate WhatsApp into Salesforce for effective customer communication beyond email.
  • Develop communication strategies and workflows for WhatsApp interactions.
  • Monitor and analyze customer interactions on both email and WhatsApp.

Digital Asset Management:

  • Manage website content and digital assets within Salesforce, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to update website and digital assets as needed.

Agency & Partner Management:

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between you, the PR agency, and the potential creative agency (if applicable) using Salesforce tools for project management and task tracking.
  • Generate reports to track progress and measure the effectiveness of agency campaigns.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in a B2G or B2B marketing role
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS or technology company
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to speak and write English and Portuguese
  • Experience working with LatAm markets, including Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia
